We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by using the Service to create content, you grant Nano Banana AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the generated images publicly on our website (e.g., on the community feed) and in promotional materials for the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that is:

  • Unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful.
  • Infringing on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Depicting non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, or extreme violence.
  • Intended to harm or exploit minors in any way.

Attempting to reverse-engineer the Service or using automated scripts to access or generate content is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nano Banana AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The output of the AI tools may be unpredictable, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nano Banana AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
